Simple Symmetry

Simple Symmetry is a series of graphics created from urban and landscape photographs that seek to find abstract images of these scenes through layering and geometric operations such as symmetry. Image objects are melted into a set of dominant geometric patterns and colours characteristic to the places to recreate the spatial experience that is felt when being in or moving through them. That is what makes them a valuable basis for designing both architecture and soundscapes.
